Convenient File Transfer

LeapFILE’s Secure File Transfer Solution provides the ability to securely send and receive files with anyone through an easy-to-use web interface. You simply login to your LeapFILE account to create a file transfer, which is as easy as sending an email – type in the recipient’s email addresses, enter a text message to be included in the email body, and click the Add Files button to upload the files you want to send. The recipient will receive an email notification with a link to download the files and you will get a confirmation email when the file transfer has been completed.

Data, Financial Statement and Tax Return Exchange

Client Portal is a secure, online document sharing application that leverages the convenience and flexibility of the Internet. Client Portal provides secure, shared access to critical files and documents between the Whitlock Company and our clients. Whitlock Company clients are provided with a username and password that will enable them to securely log into a personal file system to upload or access files and documents such as QuickBooks TM data, financial statements or tax returns. Clients can access File Share at home, the office or anywhere else you have access to the internet.
