Martin Radetic, CPA
Marty provides audit and other consulting services to financial institutions. His background includes serving as assistant controller for a bank service bureau and working for a large regional bank accounting firm. Marty has worked extensively with the firm’s banking clients across the Midwest for over 17 years.
Matt has more than 30 years of experience with bank mergers and acquisitions, formerly serving as managing director of a large regional consulting firm. Matt also specializes in regulatory filings and changes in control. He has actively supported the MBA, KBA and MIBA associations for the past 20 years.
Chuck McCann, CPA
Chuck is an experienced CPA, who not only provides business valuations for his clients, but also consults with CPA firms around the country in areas of compensation strategies and strategic planning.
Ray has more than 20 years experience in the areas of loan review, credit administration, and regulatory compliance. He has served as an instructor for a national compliance school and has conducted seminars for various banking associations.
Melinda Thurman, CPA
Melinda has extensive experience in small business operations with specialities in income tax services, dental practice strategy, internal accounting controls, and QuickBooks training.
Steve Johnson, CPA
Steve has more than 25 years of experience as a business advisor and confidant to financial institutions, middle market companies and their stakeholders. Steve specializes in consolidated tax returns, S corporation planning and compliance matters, accounting methods and periods, and assistance with IRS and state tax return examinations.
A. Jay Logal, CPA
Jay prepares and reviews federal and state income tax returns for individuals, corporations (regular C and sub S) and partnerships and expertly researches and reports on tax issues raised by clients and governmental agencies.
Jacque Mattson, CPA
Jacque specializes in individual and business tax preparation and planning, as well as helping businesses comply with the rules and regulations of ERISA to ensure employee benefit plans are operating as they should be.
Mark Lamb, CPA
A CPA since 1992, Mark has experience working with small businesses, individuals, partnerships, and corporations on a variety of issues including daily operations, taxes, and payroll.
Blair Groves, CISA
Blair specializes in performing Loan Reviews and Internal Audits for financial institutions. As a former bank examiner, Blair provides unique insights to help community banks. In 2016, Blair earned her designation as a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
For more than 20 years, Deanna has specialized in performing bank holding company financial statements and FR Y reports. She also assists with bank merger and acquisition applications.
Eric Lampe, CPA
Eric is a Manager at The Whitlock Company specializing in auditing, he began his career at The Whitlock Company as an accountant in 2011. He is a member and former Chair of the Missouri Society of CPAs, member of the American Institute of CPAs and Board Member of ARC of the Ozarks.
